Based on Notarial act of Mohamad Ali S.H. No. 37 dated 28 November 1988, Hexindo continued to grow aggressively through a number of innovations in products and services, thus positing it to be one of the leading heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. To Strengthen its existence and ensure more professional company management, Hexindo in February 1995 conducted an initial public offering in a way to enter Indonesian capital market.

To cater the demand from new markets following vast development in many regions accross the country, Hexindo has been continually expanding its office network in java, Sumatra, Sulawesi and Papua. In 2012, the company inaugurated new facility to support the process of rebuilding hydraulic cylinder in Reman, Balikpapan, to deliver better service to customers, particularly the big mining companies.
